Hi there! I'm a Registered Nurse seeking a second job working privately part time or as needed nannying or caregiving. I grew up in craven county as a kid and moved back to New Bern after college to settle down. While I currently have no children of my own, my passion is working with kids and understand the importance of positive influences. I am trustworthy, respectful and safe. CPR certified, non-smoker, have my own reliable transportation, comfortable around pets. Prior to finishing nursing school I worked as a CNA 2 for 9 years and privately nannied 3 children aged 10, 3, and 1. 5 for a little over a year. My nursing experience includes pediatrics, hospice, and adult nursing - providing care, assisting with ADLs, medication management, complex medical care needs, overnight supervision. I'm skilled at mostly anything related to nannying; meal prep, assistance with homework, transportation, light housework, age appropriate play and being that "extra set of hands" to parents.
