About Emily

Hi, I'm Em! I'm 24, and I've been working in childcare for over three years. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2023, where a majority of my classes focused on early childhood development. I love creating routines that help both kids and parents feel supported and happy! I've mostly worked with children under 4, but I'm super comfortable with older kids, too! I'm certified in First Aid and CPR (Red Cross), and I have experience with milestones like baby-led weaning, potty training, sleep transitions, and helping picky eaters try new foods. I'm a big fan of child-led play, creativity, and getting outdoors to explore. I love seeing kids develop their curiosity and imagination! I have a safe, snow-tired car that fits car seats, I'm a non-smoker/vaper, and I don't mind spending time with pets. I'm happy to provide updates and share my location during care.
