My heart and soul are in education and finding the support and accommodations individuals need to succeed in their reality. I have 3 years of teaching experience in a high school special education classroom. Currently, I have a setting 3 communication disorder self-contained classroom. I primarily work with students who have emotional behavioral disabilities, ADHD, a learning disability and/or are on the autism spectrum. I have 1, 00 practicum hours and full-time student teaching experiences in elementary classrooms as well. During college, I had the opportunity to student teach abroad in Slovenia at an IB school - expanding my worldview more than I could replicate. I was a youth specialist during college in an after-school program. I have nannied for several families over the past 10 years.
