About Emily

I attended BOCES vocational schooling, where I completed the Nurse Assisting program. Through this hands-on training, I gained a strong foundation in patient care, medical terminology, and essential nursing skills such as taking vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and providing emotional support to patients. In addition to my healthcare training, I worked for four years as a crew trainer at Wendy's, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. My experience in both healthcare and customer service has prepared me well for a career in senior care, where compassion, patience, and efficiency are essential. I understand the importance of treating each individual with dignity and respect while also ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. My background allows me to create a safe and comfortable environment for seniors while also working effectively with a team to provide the highest level of care.
