I heavily believe in positive reinforcement and patience, I've worked with children with special needs before, it just takes patience. the youngest I've looked after is 3 months old and the oldest I've babysat is 10 years. I worked at two daycares and my advice to you is don't send your until they can speak . I prefer to babysit as I get to bond with the children and know the family.
