Caregiving has always been a part of my life, I have worked as an activities director, caregiver and cook in everything from large independent living complexes, to small independent homes for Parkinson's/Alzheimer's/Dementia, and hospice patients. I am an amazing cook that focuses on well balanced nutritional meals. I believe in a healthy well balanced lifestyle and have spent many years educating myself on the well being of my clients. I have taught Parkinson's LVST classes and geriatric yoga as well as incorporating sound therapy into my work. I have a deep passion and love for working with the elderly and do my best to provide a positive and healthy experience. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have over 10 years of experience working with elderly patients. I pride myself in giving thorough and compassionate care.
