About Emily

Hi there, my name is Emily and I'm an energetic 26-year-old! I have always had a passion for childcare. I have watched children for over 10 years, taught preschool for a year during college, & was a 3rd grade teacher as well. I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a part time or full time position. I previously lived in the Pines and am moving back at the end of August as my husband has re-enlisted in the Army. I am currently pregnant and due early November. I'm looking for a family who needs child care temporarily until early November. I am open to continuing care after I take some time to recover & bond with my little one. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow. I love doing crafts, baking, encouraging independent time, and special outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may have I look forward to meeting you.
