Hi there - My name is Emily, and I'm a 30-year-old certified former educator originally from Michigan. As a bit of background, I taught middle and high school ELA for 5 years both in Michigan and Texas. After 5 wonderful years in the classroom, I transitioned into a business development role at a software start-up, and, most recently, an investment bank. I moved to Honolulu in late 2022, soon after getting engaged to my now-husband who has lived here for over a decade. It is such a joy to call Hawaii home, and I am now looking to pivot away from my corporate role. While I plan to take some time off, I am actively looking for a part-time childcare/nanny role. Currently, my schedule is open after 2 p.m. on weekdays, and weekends are open as well - Happy to be flexible here depending on your needs. Looking forward to connecting!
