About Emily

I'd describe my personality as calming, sympathetic, and bright I like caring for seniors because when my own grandparents became ill and unable to care for themselves alone, I was able to see from a first hand stand point on the reality of how seniors are actually cared for. I'm looking for a job that teaches me new techniques to improve my experience while also providing dignified and personalized care. I started caring for seniors when my grandpa was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in 2012. Shortly after he passed, my grandma had a heart attack and 3 strokes. In my spare time, I like to go on adventures around Ohio with my son and husband. One thing you should know about me is that sometimes I do become attached. My skills include dementia/memory care, physical therapy/motor skill exercises, and personal care.
