About Emily

I'd describe my personality as easygoing, playful and responsible. I like working with kids because they make me feel grounded. Plus their energy is joyful and engaging. I enjoy getting down on their level and experiencing the world through their eyes. They force me to slow down and notice the little things again. I'm looking for a job that allows me to cover my expenses while helping others and having fun (at least some of the time). I started working with kids when I was still a kid myself. I had a babysitters club with my best friend in middle and high school. I always knew I'd peruse a career that involved them, and I have always worked with kids in some capacity throughout my life. In my spare time, I like to pet sit. I love dogs but currently don't have my own. I also enjoy spending time with my boyfriend. going out to eat, and seeing live shows. I enjoy reading, journaling, listening to music and watching.
