About Emily

Hi! My names Emily, I am 18 years old and a freshman at Texas Tech from Houston, TX. I'm also a member of Alpha Phi sorority at Tech. I am an interior design major so I love working with people. I am super outgoing, and fun but can be serious when needed. My past experiences include part time babysitting for 3 children ages 6-12. I would take and pick them up from school, take them to after school activities, help with school work, make dinner for them and put them to bed. I have also cared for a toddler from when she was 1 to 4 years old by watching her while her mother was out, feeding her, reading her bedtime stories and putting her to sleep. I have been a counselor at a day camp for Children with special needs including down syndrome and autism. I also volunteer to help my sister within her first grade classroom and help the kids with certain tasks and help manage the kids. I love caring for kids, I have always had a passion for it and hope I can care for your children.
