We were all planning on a trial period of a month. Emily quit without notice (on a Sunday afternoon and refused to come Monday). It's very inconvenient for us and our son, and unprofessional under any circumstances. She was very self oriented. She didn't put our needs or instructions over her own rigid, per-conceived ideas of behavior. Very petty, and self absorbed in her responses.
