About Emily

I am a certified teacher of general and special education in grades 1-6. I also have 3 semesters completed in my Master degree in early childhood education. I have immense passion for enriching the minds of those I work with, while also having fun! I have many years of experience caring for children of varying abilities aged 5-30 in many settings- in home ABA, com hab, babysitting, respite care, classrooms settings, and summer camp. I live with my grandma who has Alzheimer's, I am also comfortable with elder care. I am CPR and first aid certified. I am experienced in crisis management and intervention. I am very comfortable with pets of all kinds. I believe in being a team, always having open communication with families. I enjoy playing games or exploring outside, I love finding fun and enriching ways to spend time with those I work with. I love crafts, music, and sensory activities.
