About Emily

Hello! I am a very industrious, positive and energetic young woman who enjoys caring for others. Diabetes runs deep in my family. Ever since I was 8 years old, I have taken care of my little brother who developed Type 1 Diabetes- I administer insulin shots, glucose readings multiple times a day, and as a family we all changed our eating habits to a well balanced and healthy lifestyle. I am very well spoken, organized and outgoing. I have tremendous respect for my elders and am willing to do anything to help out people in need. I am able to cook, clean the household, bathe, manage prescriptions, provide transportation, and keep personal health and hygiene in check. Caring for others is not only one of my best characteristics, but it allows me to "live" my passion: true hard work by giving of myself.
