My name is Emily and I'm looking forward to being your nanny! I have always loved working with children and enjoy working as a team with parents to provide the best possible care. I have four years paid nanny experience, specializing in infant care. I am used to doing light housework, cooking, and running errands for the families I've served in the past as well. I encourage learning play and growth activities instead of just relying on screens. I'm very familiar with adapting to different sleep schedules, learning skills for special needs kids, and prioritizing strong communication with parents. I am known for my strong ethics and honesty, as well as my calm and gentle demeanor. I have a lot of patience and I don't get flustered with emergent situations. I've studied responsive/gentle parenting methods and strongly believe in understanding and respecting a child's emotional and physical limitations. I have several references available.
