I have owned and cared for 3 dogs in the past 12 years. While I, personally, have owned smaller breeds, I have a soft spot for larger dogs and am also comfortable caring for them. Though I do not have a dog of my own at the moment, I have two wonderful 10-month-old kittens who I have cared for since they were 7 weeks old. I also have previous experience fostering adult cats. I am an approved foster caretaker for multiple organizations (PAWS and One Tail at a Time). As a long-time dog/cat owner, I am comfortable with general animal first aid.
