About Emily

Hello! I'm a certified teacher (currently teaching AP Spanish and Spanish 4 in Seattle public schools), looking for a summer job with a caring family. I hold both a B. A. and M. S. in the field of education. I love working with kids and teaching in the K-12 setting, and would be more than capable to assist in any summer schooling, fun projects, dual/language immersion, or other exploratory activities. I'm looking for a stable nanny position over the summer that allows me to build relationships with the kids and family. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, playful, and dedicated. In my free time, I'm a half-marathoner, avid hiker, and coffee enthusiast. I'd love to take kids to public parks, walking trails, and make other outdoor memories this Summer! Also more than willing to help out with light chores and meal prep.
