About Emily

I have worked with kids my whole life. I love my current part-time job at a daycare, but I am looking for more hours on days I have off this summer. I am a university student at U of O majoring in communication disorders and sciences and I am hoping to become a speech therapist in the future. I have spent most of my time working with children in daycares or as a swim instructor but I have also babysat children of all ages and worked at after-school programs. I have my CPR (including infant CPR) and first aid certifications, and my food handlers card. I have my driver's license as well as my own car. I am open to cooking meals as and taking on some light cleaning duties. I have the most experience working with younger kids around the ages of 0-5. I love to get out of the house and explore. Going on walks and other outings have been some of my favorite parts of babysitting. I would also be happy to set up activities for both learning and play. I enjoy science nature and art projects.
