About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily and I am currently a student at Baylor University studying elementary education! I'd describe my personality as persistent, a leader, & friendly. I like working with kids because I enjoy being around them and plan to be an elementary school teacher. Kids are funny and creative, and I find joy in my time with them. I'm looking for a job where I can spend time with kids and do fun activities with them while parents enjoy some time out! I started working with kids when I was in middle school and am still passionate about it. In my spare time, I like to play piano, hang out with my friends, and draw. One thing you should know about me is I work in the preschool at my church and I served in the elementary schools in McKinney as a PAL. My skills include keeping kids entertained, comforting upset or crying children, and being invested in kids and their lives. I would love the opportunity to help you out and babysit!!
