I am a licensed masters level social worker with over a decades experience working in senior care. I have done personal in home care as well as working in long term and short term rehabilitation facilities throughout the Capital Region. Personally, I have provided caregiver support to family members. I have specialized knowledge of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Able to provide medication support/management, assistance with hygiene and dressing, toileting, light housekeeping and simple meals. I am caring, creative, supportive and professional. I have a genuine desire to assist others, particularly those most vulnerable. Relevant experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in both a residential setting and the community. Reliable transportation, fully vaccinated and first aid certified. General Availability: Sunday- 1:00pm-6:00 p.m. Monday-8:30am-5:30 p.m. Tuesday-Friday-Any time after 2:00pm, no later than 10 p.m. Saturdays are negotiable
