About Emily

Howdy! I have six years of experience in various levels of tutoring/teaching from young children (unpaid work) to adults. I was employed by Texas A&M, my undergraduate Alma matter to tutor in Greek, Latin, and Japanese for three years in total. I also taught a struggling high school student Greek as a self-employed educator and volunteered teaching a Marine conversational Japanese in preparation for his deployment to Okinawa. I have a minor in Japanese and both undergraduate and Master's degrees in Classics (Greek/Latin), and I am confident in my ability to teach English or help a student improve their English/writing skills. I am interested in teaching any age group, and I hope to hear from you soon. I also provide pet care. I have owned all sorts of animals and I am responsible and playful, so you can be sure that your pet would be well cared for and safe with me!
