About Emily

Hi, My name is Emily! I'm a certified educator with a strong background in childhood development & newborn care including doula experience. I've spent over a decade working with families, providing nurturing & knowledgeable care for children of all ages, including children with IDDs. As a longtime caregiver and educator, I prioritize, gentle care, structured play, and age-appropriate learning. I believe in creating a safe, engaging and enriching environment for the children I care for. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I keep parents informed about their child's day through daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment.
