Hi, I'm Emily. You could say I've been in childcare my entire life. My Mom ran a home daycare while I was growing up. I've helped her and babysat for numerous children throughout the years. I also spent many years homeschooling my children planning (or helping with) activities for my homeschooling community. When my children attended public school, I was also a volunteer every year. I have experience with special needs children, particularly autism. Both of my children are autistic, as are many of my friends children.
