Emily was an energetic and committed care provider. She assisted with me in caring for our 9 children. She had a particular interested in learning more about special need children. She focused on learning more and working with two 2 of our special needs children. One of which has autism, severe intellectual delay, behavior challenges and epilepsy. The other child who has autism and some behavior challenges. She looked forward to coming to work each day and working with them. She always was thinking of new ideas to help them learn, activities they would enjoy and coming up with new coping strategies to teach them. She always was on time, dependable and provided full updates of what she was working on that day. All of our children enjoyed her company. She was with us for nearly a year and a half, then ended up moving out of the area. She will be greatly missed. I would highly recommend her to your family.
