I am a care-oriented professional with a wide range of experience. I've worked as a resident care provider in a mental health crisis unit for adults, menu preparation and shopping for crisis unit, overnight staff for a Hospital Hospitality House, in-home care provider for multiple families with special needs children, errands, petsitting and housesitting, Graduate Assistant working with toddlers and working the kitchen for a preschool, two summers facilitating a filmmaking camp for teens with ASD and ADHD, and leading a filmmakers club during the school year for the same demographic. Internship experience working with middle school kids with behavioral challenges, adults with developmental disabilities, and college aged students. Volunteer for a cat rescue and on a farm doing animal chores, caring for chickens and pigs. I just received my MA in Drama Therapy from Kansas State University, and am transitioning back to work after recovering from back surgery.
