I am a student at Benedictine College, working to major in Special Education. This past summer, I worked as a camp counselor for a summer camp for people (6+) with disabilities, at Rocky Mountain Village, Easterseals. With this said, I have experience working with people with Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Down Syndrome, Autism, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, and Severe Seizure Disorders. I am CPR trained as well as G-tube certified. My time at camp was the best experience of my life, and I am planning to make this my career. I grew up with my parents being Special Education teachers, and hearing all their fun times at Rocky Mountain Village, as well as meeting some of their past campers. I am hard-working and passionate about this amazing opportunity.
