About Emily

As a teacher, former caregiver, and elementary and middle school tutor, I am passionate about supporting families by providing a reliable and nurturing childcare option. I have experience with nannying and childcare for over eight years, and my patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children of all ages. I work closely with parents to ensure that I am meeting their child's individual needs and follow their preferred communication method to provide regular updates on their child's day. I am currently a graduate student at Florida State University, and I have scheduling flexibility during the week and weekends in order to work with families. I am a strong believer in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and am happy to help with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
