I have cared for two people professionally with challenges deafness with cochlear implants, and a mitochondrial disease. I can also cared for someone with Down syndrome and someone with autism spectrum disorder. I think everyone should be treated the same in some ways and I love showing people with disorders that there is absolutely nothing wrong with them and they are loved in every way possible.
