Hi! I am Emily, but most people call me Emmy. I am 24 years old and from Connecticut, but moved to California 7 years ago for college. Caring for children has been a passion of mine since I started babysitting at 12 years old! In high school I was the well-known neighborhood babysitter parents would book out well in advance to make sure I could watch their kiddos! I have an extensive resume of both casual babysitting and professional nannying experience. I graduated from Pepperdine University in 2021 with a bachelors degree in psychology (child development concentration). I currently work as a teacher's aid for high school students at a school for children with special needs. I am applying to graduate school here in San Diego to become a school psychologist. I am looking for an after-school job that does not conflict with the hours I am teaching (7:30-2). I can't wait to meet you and your family!
