My name is Emily and I'm searching for a full-time nanny opportunity in the Kitsap area! I have worked in many different settings caring for children, and am currently pursuing a career in teaching. I began nannying/babysitting for many different families when I was about 14, have worked in a small daycare and was a substitute teacher for Preschool and Childcare Center. During this time I have worked with children as young as five weeks up to fifth grade. I'm currently teaching first graders for my Masters Degree and would love to find a nanny position when I complete my degree in April! In 2017 I graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in Early Childhood & Family Studies, and Sociology, and a year ago I began my Masters in Teaching program with WGU. I am moving to Bainbridge Island early April and could begin work as a nanny as early as April 13th. As I'm hoping to secure a teaching job in the Fall of 2020 a short-term position would be ideal.
