Hi, I'm Emily! I have more than 10 years of childcare experience, and have worked with kids of all ages and levels of need. In 2019, I nannied a 6-month-old girl and 4-year-old boy. The year before that I nannied a 4-year-old girl. I'm experienced and comfortable with changing diapers, bath time, putting kids down for naps/bed, pick up/drop off at school, helping with homework, and engaging in all kinds of fun activities. Also, importantly, I love kids! I enjoy reading, playing outside, doing arts and crafts, encouraging kids to use their imaginations, and finding alternatives to screen time. Of course, I am always happy to adjust to the needs and wants of the family I am helping.

Emily was a former student of mine in third grade. When students reach high school I often look for help in the classroom and Emily volunteered. She came in each week and worked with students and had a special knack with the more difficult students who took to her and worked easily with her. She was reliable, let me know if she was not able to come in and the students looked forward to working with her each week! She was definitely an addition to my classroom and I share many good memories and success stories with her! Fabulous and highly recommended!
