I started doing this 13yrs ago first with my father in-law that had cancer, He needed a lot of care and his medication had to be on time and the right dose. then I really got into it when my grandmother was sick and she had limited time and I was not going to put her any where but home because nobody could take care of her better then me and she left the earth happy, I've work in a lot of places that say one thing and do another. I am very passionate person, I believe that you should treat every senior like your family because they should spend there golden years with respect and dignity
