About Emily

I'm a nurturing and experienced caregiver with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I believe that every child deserves a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment in which to develop. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love playing games with children, both educational and just plain fun! With four years of childcare experience and some graduate school under my belt, I'm comfortable caring for up to five children of all ages. I can help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR, and I'm always looking for new ways to learn and grow in my role as a caregiver. I believe that communication is key to a successful childcare experience, and I make it a point to communicate regularly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, and I always respect their wishes for their child's care.
