About Emily

I'm an early twenties female passionate about making others' lives a bit easier. I recently joined care. com to devote my time during a transitional period of my career to families and couples in need of some assistance. My schedule is flexible, and I have no strict preference on the assistance I'm willing to provide: childcare, house maintenance, errands, and odd jobs - you name it. I started babysitting my sophomore year of college in 2020, primarily working with two families with children from ages 4 to 12. I also have two adorable nephews whom I look after whenever I visit; the youngest almost 1-year-old and the oldest almost 3 years old. My childcare methods are highly dependent on whatever the parents see fit, but I oftentimes prioritize creative play (puzzles, art, etc.) and reading - anything to maximize the kiddos' day! In my free time, I love traveling, frequenting concerts and live shows, spending time with friends and family, yoga, running, cooking, and hiking.
