About Emily

Hi there, my name is Emily and I'm an energetic and creative 29-year-old! I've been a preschool teacher for 10 years and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a part time job, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $20/hour for one to two children. I have worked for many families, nannying & babysitting for many years. I'm CPR certified, First aid certified, have my own car, and have taken many online courses in child development. I graduated college with an Education degree EC-6th. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. I look forward to meeting you!
