I'm a naturally patient and friendly childcare provider with three years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, motivated me to pursue a career in childcare. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and always follow the parents' preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or address any issues that may arise. As for enforcing household rules, I take my cues from the parents. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment that aligns with the family's values and expectations. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games that encourage activity and teamwork. I also love playing board games and puzzles, as they provide opportunities for learning and cognitive development.
