About Emily

Hello I'm Emily! I am a student attending college here in Bozeman. I am originally from the Midwest. My passion for spending time with children began when I was around 14 years old. I started working as a summer nanny and continued for many years. In 2020, I began working in a childcare facility where I worked primarily with 2-4-year-olds, but on the daily I worked with children ranging from 7 months to 10 years old. In my time at the facility, I worked as a lead teacher for multiple summers. This included planning lessons and activities for the toddlers. Here in Bozeman, I have worked in the elementary afterschool/summer programs and volunteered in the schools. In my free time, I love getting outside whether it is swimming, hiking, biking, or walking. Alongside my passion for working with children, I'm also a dogwalker and house sitter in town, So I spend a lot of my time with lots of different four-legged friends:) I'm looking forward to finding a great family in the area!
