About Emily

Hi families! I'm looking for a part-time position at the end of August/early September located near Echo Park. I recently moved to LA to pursue graduate school at CSULA where I will obtain an MS in School-Based Family Counseling, PPS & CWA credentials, & dual licensure as an LMFT & LPCC. I graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a BA in English and minors in Psychology & Marketing. I hold 5+ years of experience with children & adolescents of all ages as a nanny, preschool teacher, and behavior interventionist. I find children to be fun, entertaining and energizing, & enjoy encouraging creativity with stimulating activities like painting, coloring, reading, and exploring nature. My goal is to provide parents with the comfort and security of having someone trustworthy to look after their little ones.
