I've worked for the Issaquah School District Subbing for Educational Assistants, Elementary through High School. I preferred to work in the special education classes. I am fluent in American Sign Language and know that this is a great asset to early child development. I've taken courses in early childhood development, special child, and child psychology. I was also a professional house cleaner and enjoy organizing and keeping things tidy. I am currently enrolled at the University of Washington working towards a degree in the speech and hearing sciences. I have two cats and am currently engaged getting married at the end of May 2025.

Emily was our nanny for 4 months, and the only reason she is not with us any longer is because our family moved across the country. Emily was always early and provided great communication. Our daughter was happy to see her in the morning and sad to see her leave at night. We would highly recommend Emily!
