I am looking for part-time caregiving and companionship opportunities. I have professional experience working as a caregiver in people's homes and assisted living facilities. I've provided care and companionship in memory care facilities as well. One thing you should know about me is I'm very considerate, punctual, and pay attention to details. I am a self-starter and take initiative with household tasks, such as organizing and meal prepping. I'm an avid home chef, and love to cook healthy meals. I also love building relationships and getting to know people. I am trained in CPR, First Aid, and am a certified yoga instructor. I'd love to help you with stretching and basic mobility exercises. Through my own personal health trials, I've learned first-hand the value of receiving help when you need it the most. I am fully COVID vaccinated with current booster.
