About Emilia

Caring for children that's something I have had plenty of expirience with since I cared for four of my own and 14 grandchildren , children are very smart individuals they might throw tantrums and try to push buttons I've found out through out the years that making eye contact and speaking to them instead of yelling and punishing some how calms them down getting to the core of why they are acting a certain way and not overreacting makes them realize their behavior isn't getting them anywhere I believe arts and crafts and finding common ground with them actually understanding them makes for a more happy life I am extremely patient there is nothing a child can go that will make me overreact I think at the end of the day I am not there to be the parent I am there to make sure they they are safe , they eat , get homework done , and hopefully help make life a little easier for the parents
