Throughout my whole life I have been active with the children in the special education classes starting in fifth grade until I graduated high school! For the past two years I have worked hands on with children with Autism in Audubon, NJ. During my time there I assisted with a summer camp that was open for children with special needs and focused towards bettering their sensory and motor skills! Working with children with special needs has always been something I loved and looked forward to. I am passionate about making sure all children are given the same opportunities to express and be themselves. In the future I plan to attend graduate school to become a child life specialist.
