About Emelycia

I'd describe my personality as fun, reliable, and organized. I like working with kids because it is a delight to see them grow and develop and participate in and support this. I'm looking for a job where I am a great fit for the family's needs and we share similar ideas about child development, behavior guidance, etc. This site won't actually allow me to list the number of years I have been working with children but it is roughly 23 years. I have worked with children in centers, in homes, as a parent educator / home visitor. In my spare time, I like to visit gardens, take photos, and read. One thing you should know about me is I am fairly quiet. I can become more extraverted with children but tend to still remain fairly calm . I communicate with families certainly but am not extraordinarily talkative.
