About Emelly

Hey, Emelly here! I'm passionate about helping children grow and learn, which is why I became a Substitute Paraprofessional for the NYC DOE. I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore and discover. With my experience as the eldest child, my previous occupations involving children, and the early child developmental certifications as well as practices garnered through my work as an active Sub Para-I'm confident in my ability to provide quality care for your little one(s). I am patient, exuberant, creative, and I love letting my inner-child be at home with the kids in my care. I am willing to help with light cooking/meal preparation and light housekeeping. I'm also a Studio Art undergrad so artistic expression is a must in my work ethic. I speak English and Spanish, and I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time.
