About Elza
Experience: 10 yrs
After spending 14+ years as a Special Education Teacher's Assistant and raising 2 wonderful children of my own, I would love to share my knowledge and experience to help care for your bundles of joy. My daughter graduated from University of Memphis Cum Laude in 2020. She is now married and has blessed us with our first grandbaby in June of 2023. My son graduated from FGCU in December of 2023. I have a loving and patient personality and a passion to care for children. I'm also bilingual, fluent in English and Portuguese and can also speak some Spanish. I will adhere to any rules you may have in place for your child/ children and do everything I can to ensure they have fun, stay nourished and abide by the rules of your home. If you are looking for an orderly person who makes certain everything stays clean and organized, I am a perfect fit as I take pride in leaving in the same condition or better than I found it. Let me make this decision easy for you - you will be lucky to have Elza's help. She is the only reason I remained sane for the last year and I feel beyond blessed and fortunate to have found her to help with our youngest who is about to turn 2. Every fear you have in finding someone to trust to care for your infant to toddler to young child - I understand and so does Elza. She is thoughtful, caring, patient, kind, cautious, and smart when it comes to all things to do with your child and family. She helps in any and every way that she can while maintaining the most positive attitude. She gives plenty of notice if there needs to be any changes to schedules, is ready and willing to kindly care for your LO (even when they are being a tiny terror!), and spends all the time with your child playing and learning and doing things - the only time our LO watches any screens with Elza is when we make her so Elza can have a much deserved break! I am just so grateful for her help and know any family lucky enough to even consider hiring her should jump at the opportunity. She takes excellent care of your little one so you don't have to worry and can get some of that life stuff done. We very much plan to stay in touch with Elza and her most wonderful family because she is just fun and they are such good people. Seriously, why are you even waiting? This is the one.
