I am an experienced childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn. My journey in caregiving began with my work as an aide in a school setting, where I supported individuals with special needs. I've also provided reliable babysitting services to several families, offering flexible assistance whenever needed. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup, text messages, or phone calls, depending on their preference. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and promoting a structured environment for the children in my care. I am currently in college in hopes to become a speech pathologist with a minor in special education!
