About Elysa

I have many years of childcare experience but only worked in a daycare for two years. I come from a family of five: my mom, my dad, an older brother, and a younger sister. We also have many pets ranging from our English mastiff to our tiny bunny, needless to say, I am comfortable around pets! In my hometown, I dedicated much of my time to mentoring 4th and 5th-grade girls. I got to play the big sister role for them and help them with anything they asked of me. When I wasn't helping with them, I worked at a daycare called The La Vernia Learning Academy. The children in my class had ages ranging from 2 to 8 years old. I was responsible for developing daily engaging lesson plans for my class, incorporating outdoor and brain exercises, playtime activities, and nap times.
