Elsy is very honest, reliable and professional. I’ve known her for several years and she is the best person who has taken care of my daughter. When you cut hours out of the blue and decrease a person’s income is logical they will look for something else (I’m mentioning it because of the previous review below). Elsy has been very patient and supportive with those parents and it’s unfair how they say negative things and expect she will accept bad work conditions when they haven’t been considerate themselves.
