About Elsie

I have passionately worked with seniors for several years, a journey that began during childhood when I would accompany my dad to his job as the outgoing maintenance man at an assisted living facility in Boston. Spending time with the residents sparked a lifelong appreciation for connecting with older adults. In college, I volunteered at crafts days at Pilgrims Place in Claremont, and today, I continue to engage with seniors by volunteering alongside my golden retriever service dog in assisted living facilities. I truly enjoy meaningful conversations, learning about my companions' lives, and building genuine friendships that extend beyond the formalities of a professional relationship. My goal is always to provide not only companionship but also a sense of warmth and understanding in every interaction.
