About Elsie

Hi! My name is Elsie and I am 20 years old. I am looking for a family to baby sit for weekly. I have two years of childcare experience, and enjoy making a positive impact on children's lives. I want to build a relationship with the family I work for, not just be a stranger! When it comes to communication, I believe in keeping parents updated on their child's day. Whether it's a verbal update at pickup or regular texts or phone calls, I follow their preferred communication method. I will instill whatever household rules the parents have in place, and do my best to follow parent's preferences. From outdoor sports to board games, I enjoy a variety of activities with children. My goal is to provide a safe, stimulating, and fun environment where they can learn and explore. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and have experience with various age groups, from toddlers to preteens. I also speak two languages; Russian and English.
